Tri-City Extrusion, Inc. (TCE), headquartered in Bristol, Tennessee, specializes in the production of precision aluminum extrusions in hollow and solid profiles for a variety of market applications. TCE has served the Pipe and Tube, Residential and Commercial Construction, Engineered Fabricated Shapes, Horse Trailers, Truck Trailers, Houseboat, and Material Handling markets. TCE currently utilizes three PLC computer logic driven presses. The 1400-ton system produces extrusions up to 6-inch circumference and finished lengths up to 26 feet. The 2500-ton system extrudes profiles up to 8-inch circumference and finished lengths up to 36 feet. The 3500-ton extrusion press was added in 2008 as part of a major expansion of their facilities and is capable of providing customers with extrusion profiles up to 12-inch circumference and finished lengths up to 50 feet. Additionally, in 2009 TCE installed a cut saw capable of providing profile lengths to its customer's specification as short as 12 inches. Extrusions are normally produced to the current ASTM Standards; However TCE maintains the flexibility to modify procedures and processes to meet specific customer requirements and to become a single source of extrusion to their customers. TCE offers value added services to include anodizing, powder coat paint, and line marking.
